Our exciting trip to Panama is almost here! We can't wait to make unforgettable
memories together. Please take a few minutes to read these important reminders
and save this message for easy reference.
SAN BLAS ISLANDS
Departure: 4:30 AM SHARP
Please be in the hotel lobby by 4:15 AM.
Please Remember:
✅ Bring your U.S. Passport (NOT your Panamanian passport).
✅ Pack light and bring only the essentials:
- Swimsuit
- Towel
- Sunscreen
- Hat & sunglasses
- Water shoes or sandals
- Pancho or raincoat
- Small amount of cash (optional)
✅ No large bags.
✅ If you're prone to seasickness, take your motion sickness medicine before
leaving the hotel.
✅ Bring mosquito repellent.
✅ Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
Small amount of cash for the restroom, food, drinks, or souvenirs
We will make one 30-minute stop at a restaurant on the way to the dock, where
you'll have an opportunity to use the restroom and purchase breakfast or snacks.
MONKEY ISLAND
Please remember to bring:
✅ Comfortable clothing
✅ Mosquito repellent
✅ Sunscreen
✅ Hat, Pancho or raincoat
Don't forget your camera!
Please do not feed or touch the monkeys unless instructed by our guide.
TABOGA ISLAND
Be sure to bring:
- Swimsuit
- Comfortable sandals or water shoes
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Sunglasses
- Pancho or Raincoat
- Small amount of cash for food, drinks, or souvenirs
PANAMA CANAL TOUR (T-shirt day)
Everyone is encouraged to wear your Ottey Family Reunion T-shirt for our
Panama Canal Tour and family group photos!
Also remember to bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Camera
- Water bottle
- Panco or raincoat

We are hosting a Best Dressed Competition, and we want to see everyone
looking their best!
Theme:
Tropical or Típico (Traditional Panamanian) Attire
Whether you choose vibrant tropical wear or beautiful traditional Panamanian
attire, this is your chance to shine!

PRE-TRIP ZOOM MEETING
To help everyone prepare for an amazing week in Panama, we will be hosting a
Family Reunion Zoom Meeting.
Sunday, July 12
6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
During the meeting we will:
• Review important travel reminders
• Discuss excursion details and what to expect
• Answer any questions you may have before we depart
We encourage at least one person from every traveling family to attend. This will
be a great opportunity to make sure everyone is prepared for an incredible week
together.
The Zoom link will be shared prior to the meeting.
GENERAL REMINDERS
✅ Panama is warm and humid—drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
✅ Keep your passport and valuables in a secure place.
✅ Charge your phone each evening before the next day's activities.
✅ Please be on time for every excursion. Our buses and boats must depart on
schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
❤️ Most importantly...come ready to laugh, reconnect, make lifelong memories,
and enjoy this incredible experience with family!
